2022 | Bodegas Contador Benjamin Romeo 'Predicador' Blanco | Rioja

The 2021 Predicador Blanco is a blend of 52% Viura, 36% Malvasía Riojana and 12% Garnacha Blanca that matured in French oak barrels (30% of them new) for 10 months. It is powerful and aromatic (fennel, white fruit and flowers, spices), with a round palate that is clean, focused and pungent. The oak is neatly integrated into the wine, and it finishes with a bitter twist in the finish.
