Produced by Bodegas Lagar de Besada in the Salnes Valley, Rias Baixas, Spain. 100% Albarino. Aged 72 months in stainless steel on its lees, then 12 months in an egg-shaped clay tinaja that holds the lees in suspension, and a further two years in bottle. 12.5% alcohol. 1,300 bottles produced.
