Tasting Notes
This is very precise with currants, raspberries, light vanilla and sandalwood. It turns to smoked meat and paprika with hints of white pepper. It's full-bodied yet very tight and compacted with juicy tannins and lots of flavor at the end. A selection of old vines, 80 or more years old. Eight months in 100% new French barrels. 88% tempranillo and 12% graciano. December 2023 release. This needs four or five years to come together.
