Organic Sauvignon Blanc from the Plain of Versailles — vines returned to the lands that once supplied the royal table.

Domaine La Bouche du Roi is a remarkable story: in 2017, Gironde-trained winemakers Adrien Pélissié and Julien Brustis brought viticulture back to the Plain of Versailles, 150 years after phylloxera, farming 27 organic hectares on limestone soils that once fed the court. The name honors "La Bouche du Roi" — the Versailles department that oversaw the King's wines. "Grande Vue" is their crisp, organic Sauvignon Blanc.

Organic Sauvignon Blanc from a historic Parisian terroir is a genuine conversation-starter. Fresh, mineral and site-specific → a wine with a royal backstory → at $60.99 you're drinking history reborn near Versailles.

Bright grapefruit, green apple and citrus blossom over a fresh, chalky-mineral finish. Translation: crisp, zesty Sauvignon Blanc with limestone lift — clean and aromatic, made for the apéritif hour or a plate of oysters.
