2014 | Champagne Brigitte Beaufort "Harmonie" Rosé Grand Cru Extra Brut | Champagne | France
Grower rosé Champagne from Grand Cru Bouzy — vintage-dated, extra brut, Pinot Noir-driven and transparent.
Champagne Brigitte Beaufort is a family grower estate founded in 2008 in Bouzy — the Grand Cru village celebrated for Pinot Noir — by Brigitte Beaufort with her children. "Harmonie" is her vintage rosé: a marriage of Pinot Noir vinified as still Bouzy Rouge with Pinot Noir and/or Chardonnay in white, all from Grand Cru fruit and finished extra brut. Each bottle is numbered with full blend, disgorgement and dosage details.
A vintage grower rosé from Grand Cru Bouzy is real grower-Champagne character. Grand Cru Bouzy, vintage-dated, extra brut, grower-made → Pinot-driven depth and transparency → you're drinking authentic rosmaker Champagne.

Salmon-pink; sour cherry, morello and lemon balm over a smooth, fresh, delicate palate with fine acidity and a chalky finish. Translation: an elegant, gastronomic rosé Champagne — red-fruit and citrus lift with a fresh, delicate palate and a chalky, mineral finish. Serious grower fizz with real transparency.
