Fermented in both stainless steel (15%) and neutral French Oak barrels (85%), the wine reflects the pronounced fruit flavors and high quality of the vintage. Pale gold in hue with aromas of citrus blossom, lemon curd, passion fruit and lime zest with a touch of buttered popcorn and minerality in the glass. A round palate follows with balanced acidity, guava, mango and a satiny weight with ocean essence.
