These grapes are from organically-treated 15+ year old vines planted to sandy-clay soils. After harvest, they are fermented in stainless steel tanks, then bottled unfined, lightly filtered. The wine offers fresh red and blue fruit notes, with soft bubbles and a lingering finish.
