The Caraccioli family farms the Escolle Vineyard in the Santa Lucia Highlands, a site whose cool Pacific air gives sparkling wine the tension and length it needs. Their 2019 Brut Rosé is Chardonnay and Pinot Noir made in the traditional method and aged years on the lees — and in 2025 it was crowned Best U.S. Sparkling Wine at the Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships in London.
