The Cascina Baricchi Timorasso Ca Va Sans Dire is a very special expression of the Timorasso grape from a vineyard planted in the 1950's. It spends nearly a decade in used oak and the full golden color in the glass belies the fact that this wine is incredibly fresh, energetic and full of a spicy mineral kick in contrast to the developed, macerated fruit notes.
