Chateau Pinasse is a family estate of 35 hectares, ideally exposed to the sun. Made with passion and know-how, it reveals a delicate bouquet of red and black fruit on the nose, the palate is supple, surrounded by silky tannins. Serve between 60° and 64°F. It will be ideal with roasted Camembert, a crunchy chicken and vegetables, or with dark chocolate and raspberries.
