With excellent harmony of a generous body with fine tannins and restrained black fruit character, plus notes of spice, licorice and leather, this is a very impressive wine for the appellation. Bottle age has already given it some mature character and with this structure it has many years of life ahead of it. Long, dark and precise finish.
