After fermentation the wine spends 9 months in barriques and foudre, on lees and with regular bâtonnage. To the nose La Petit Côte offers aromas of apricot, quince and peach alongside notes of flowers (lilac, rose and violet) and honey. The palate is fresh with beautiful spicy power. A thirst-quenching bitterness lengthens the persistence of the wine in the mouth.
