The Nebbiolo d'Alba "Vigneto Valmaggiore" by Mario Marengo is an intense red wine produced exclusively from Nebbiolo grapes located in the Roero area. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts takes place in large steel tanks with controlled temperatures. For refinement, French oak barrels are used, where the wine remains for approximately 10 months, allowing the wine to acquire complex aromas. This Nebbiolo d'Alba DOC can be enjoyed immediately, but is able to evolve further over 4-5 years.
