The 2018 Chablis Grand Cru Bougros is showing nicely, unwinding in the glass with aromas of citrus oil, nutmeg, sweet orchard fruit and struck match that are deftly patinated by new oak. Medium to full-bodied, ample and enveloping, it's fleshy, open but precise, with tangy acids and a nicely defined, mouthwatering finish.
