This Gamay comes from the very borderland of France and Germany, in the area known as Lorraine, right on the mouth of the Mosel river. It's one of the coldest-climate Gamays we know, with a chilly, refreshing quality: blackberry but in its lightest iteration, gemmy and elegant. A great example of fresh and clean Gamay meant for the table.
