Lack of oxidation allows the full, aromatic fruit-forwardness of Savagnin to push through, showing gorgeous flavors of white fruit, flowers, and earth spice .It has a powerful aromatic bouquet with notes of vanilla and spice due to the wood. This encompasses a typical vivacious minerality.
