Florian Mathieu La Nature Au-Dessus is a vin orange made by Florian Mathieu from a selection of older vines growing on limestone in the heart of the Languedoc. Aromas of apples, pears, and orange zest build from the glass. The flavors are dominated by orange blossom with pear and apple notes, and a hint of peach and lychees. There is a subtle green tea-like tannin structure throughout.
