Don't be put off by the slightly darker rose colour of this wine. This is a clean, well-defined rosé; floral, subtle, quite pure, with a creamy texture on the palate. The bubbles have finesse and linger on the tongue. Aromas of rose and red apples rise from the glass. On the palate there is a core of ripe red fruit with a touch of orange rind. A charming champagne of great elegance.
