The NV Cuvée Prestige is gorgeous in this release. Creamy and resonant in the glass, with lovely resonance, the Cuvée Prestige is super-expressive, as the best wines here can be. Pastry, baked apple, spice and floral noted are all laced together in an enticing Champagne that combines richness with energy. This release is based on 2013, with 25% reserve wines.
