Hou Hou Shu Rose Junmai Sparkling Sake, Japan NV Case (6x300ml)

A light, slightly sweet flavor and gentle, natural carbonation which makes for a drinking experience very similar to champagne. The pink coloring comes from hybiscus and the addition of rose makes it slightly tart. Fruity notes of cranberry and finishes crisp.
