This well-structured, aromatic red exudes rose, strawberry and cherry out of the gate, with flavors of iron, earth, tobacco and underbrush adding depth and complexity. Most notably defined by its vibrant acidity, with a firm edge of refined tannins on the finish. Still youthful, yet approachable if decanted. Otherwise, give this another two to three years in bottle.
