The 2017 Bourgogne Blanc offers up aromas of crisp orchard fruit, lemon oil, and a subtle hint of hazelnut, followed by a medium to a full-bodied, satiny palate that's concentrated and incisive, concluding with a saline finish. This is a serious Bourgogne, including declassified grapes from younger vines in grander appellations, and it makes for an excellent introduction to Vincent's style.
