Domaine Vincent et François Jouard is a fifth-generation Chassagne-Montrachet estate dating to around 1820, with some of the village's best holdings and oldest vines. Every bottle is "Vieilles Vignes" — old vines over 50 years — hand-harvested, native-yeast fermented, aged with no more than a third new oak. "Les Chaumées Clos de la Truffière" is a top premier cru, all citrus, granite and jasmine.
