This sparkling rose without chemical treatment is one of the most beautiful expressions of the native and emblematic grape of the Amyndeo region, Xinomavro. The grapes macerate for a few hours so that the juice tints naturally. This wine is recognizable by its intense pink color and its more vinous aromas of wild roses, succulent strawberries, raspberries and brioche. On the palate, it is a wonderfully fruity flavor with a creamy foam tempering its high acidity. The bubbles form persistent necklaces in the glass. Riddling and disgorging are done by hand. An accomplished and structured vintage where a cold climate terroir is expressed.
