2024 | Kelley Fox Chardonnay "Dux Vineyard" | Dundee Hills | USA
Ethereal, no-oak Chardonnay from a cult Willamette winemaker — single-vineyard Dundee Hills, biodynamic, filigreed.
Kelley Fox is one of Oregon's most revered small producers — a biochemist and David Lett protégée whose natural, biodynamic wines are cult objects. This Chardonnay comes from the Dux Vineyard in the Dundee Hills: planted in 2011 on classic red Jory volcanic soil, it yields a filigreed, ethereal white with the Dundee balance of searing acid and pillowy texture.
A single-vineyard Dundee Hills Chardonnay from Kelley Fox is collector-grade Oregon white. Cult winemaker, biodynamic, red Jory soil → ethereal, mineral, high-acid → you're drinking one of Oregon's finest Chardonnays.

Lemon, white peach and citrus blossom over soft minerals and a hint of vanilla with searing acidity, pillowy texture and a long, ethereal finish. Translation: a pure, filigreed Oregon Chardonnay — citrus and orchard fruit over a mineral, gently creamy palate with electric acidity. Ethereal and precise, and unmistakably of its Dundee Hills site.
