This is a very expressive wine with seamlessly woven aromatics and flavors of flowers, white fruit, and crushed stones and terrific tension. The nose exudes lemon curd, pear, honeysuckle, white stones, honey, guava, blanched almonds, summer melon, and shortbread. The palate has a creamy entry, good focus, acidity and freshness, and persistent flavors and finish. This wine continues to open and reveal over the course of an evening and should age beautifully.
