A single-vineyard Rioja from a legendary 1858 house — sold via La Place de Bordeaux, a return to Riscal's roots.

Marqués de Riscal, founded in 1858 in Elciego, is one of Rioja's most storied names. "Tapias" comes from Finca Las Tapias, one of the estate's finest plots (planted 1968) on ferrous, calcareous clay. It's a Bordeaux-influenced red that evokes the wines Riscal made in its earliest days — so distinctive it's distributed through La Place de Bordeaux, just as the bodega's wines were more than a century ago.

A single-vineyard, Place-de-Bordeaux Rioja from a historic house is serious collector territory. Single plot, 1968 vines, La Place release → a Bordeaux-styled Rioja with real identity → you're drinking top-tier Riscal.

Ripe black and red fruit, fine spice and cedar over a structured, elegant palate with polished tannins and a long finish. Translation: a refined, structured Rioja with a Bordeaux accent — dark fruit, spice and cedar wrapped in silky tannin. Old-house pedigree in a modern, single-vineyard form.

A single-vineyard Rioja from a house with 160+ years of history. Exactly the bottle for a collector or a serious Rioja lover.
