Monte Santoccio Valpolicella Classico is a red wine from Valpolicella Classico, Italy, made by Azienda Agricola Monte Santoccio. It is offered in the 2020 vintage. Available in half cases of six 750ml bottles.
The reds of Valpolicella are blended from Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara. Corvina leads, giving sour cherry and a bitter almond finish, and drying the grapes before pressing turns the same blend into Amarone.
