NV | Tatenokawa 'Seiryu' Junmai Daiginjo | Japan 720ml

This sake is made from Dewasanan rice, polished down to 50% of the rice grain, giving it Daiginjo-level status. On the palate, more of that green melon emerges along with slight fennel and a hint of cantaloupe. The finish is very dry, clean and swift.
