Pinard Brothers is the side project of Florent and Clément Pinard of the celebrated 20-generation Domaine Vincent Pinard in Bué. "Echoes" is 100% Sauvignon Blanc from their cousin Jean-Vincent's organically farmed vines in Amigny (between Bué and Chavignol), fermented with the estate's own natural yeasts, aged six months in large neutral wood and bottled without fining.
