Weingut Ökonomierat Rebholz has farmed in Siebeldingen since 1632 and ranks among Germany's greatest estates — a VDP member, certified organic and Respekt-biodynamic, and a pioneer of Germany's dry Grosses Gewächs movement. Muskateller (Gelber Muskateller) is one of their aromatic specialties, made here in the estate's signature bone-dry, mineral style.
