The Fincas de Ganuza Reserva is one of the most renowned wines of its category. Made with 90% Tempranillo grapes and 10% Graciano, it is aged in barrels for 24 months, of which 75% are French oak and 25% American oak. The vines aged between 25 and 40 years produce an excellent quality grape that after being harvested in 12 kg boxes is cooled in cold rooms. Before fermentation, the grapes are chosen at the selection table and the tips are separated from the shoulders, the most expressive and mature part of the bunch from which the Fincas de Ganuza is made. Afterwards, the must will ferment in small stainless steel tanks and in 7000-liter French oak vats and then begin its aging in small barrels. A long-haul wine with great aging potential. A real gem to enhance your wine cellar, pleasant and easy to drink.
