Deep purple; plum, ripe blackberry and smoke over bay leaf, pencil lead and tobacco with supple, well-structured tannins. Translation: a serious, classified-estate Pessac in miniature — dark fruit, graphite and tobacco with real structure and finesse. Drinking well now, good to cellar.
