New wine, orangish Chardonnay. It’s 50% direct press chardonnay blended with 50% skin contact chardonnay, all from Royer Vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills. We love the texture of this wine, with just a touch of phenolics combined with the richness from the long lees aging.
