About This Wine
Sydney Back Kosher Merlot is a red wine from Paarl, South Africa, made by Sydney Back Kosher Wines. It is offered in the 2021 vintage. Available in half cases of six 750ml bottles.
Merlot ripens earlier and gives softer tannin than Cabernet, with plum and black cherry fruit and a rounder texture. On the clay of the Right Bank of Bordeaux it produces some of the most sought-after wines in the world.
