Theopetra Estate (the Tsililis family) farms organically around the prehistoric Cave of Theopetra, at the foot of the dramatic Meteora rocks in Thessaly — a site where Paleolithic grape seeds were found. This is single-varietal Limniona, a rare indigenous Thessalian red, whole-bunch fermented and aged in French and American oak. High-acid, aromatic and genuinely distinctive.

Cherry, raspberry and prune over clove, nutmeg, white pepper and violet with moderate tannins, bright acidity and a long, spicy finish.
