It's an unusual wine built from two varieties across three vintages, each made separately and aged in Bordeaux barrels before being blended in large 1,200-litre foudres for around 16 months. The result respects the estate's essence while gaining rare complexity.

Dark cherry and plum over spice, cocoa and cedar with a layered, mineral palate, fine tannins and a long, complex finish.
