The nose is fruity and offers intensity, a fine condensed side in its aromatic as well as complexity. The wine gains from being decanted. It reveals notes of pulpy boysenberry, fairly ripe blackcurrant and small notes of dried wild strawberry associated with saline touches, fresh pepper as well as hints of fresh local grove and an imperceptible hint of almost aromatic herbs. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, an acidulous frame, minerality, good definition, aromatic purity, gourmandize, a fine creaminess, roundness, salinity, a small spherical side of the fruit as well as a certain aromatic intensity/complexity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy cherry, pulpy/acidulous purple plum and small notes of crushed strawberry associated with an almost fig touch, mocha/cocoa, of flowers/violet as well as a subtle hint of vanilla. The tannins are very discreetly tight. Deliciousness and a fine creaminess.
