A Valpolicella Ripasso from Azienda Agricola Monte Faustino in the Veneto. Ripasso means "repassed": the young Valpolicella is refermented on the dried-grape skins left over from making Amarone, which adds depth, color and a touch of dried-fruit richness while keeping the freshness of Valpolicella.

Made from the native grapes of Valpolicella, led by Corvina, Ripasso sits between a lively Valpolicella and a full Amarone, with dark cherry, plum and spice on a round, generous palate.
