Brilliant straw yellow in the glass, with a subtle and long-lasting perlage. On the nose, the initial hints of peach, apricot and apple are followed by herbaceous nuances of rosemary and thyme, as well as hints of toasted bread crust. The sip is fresh and vertical, pleasantly savory and with excellent persistence.
