Franciacorta DOCG Satèn Clarabella, a sparkling bubble that underlines the freshness, has a note of limited ripening of the fruit that recalls, a little apricot, a little citrus, grapefruit and pear, at the same time it is balanced by a slightly buttery softness. The persistence is a little contained, but the aftertaste is pleasant.
