This Sauvignon Blanc from the Upper Loire is crisp, appropriately acidic, and aromatic, offering a classic Sancerre experience. It pairs well with a variety of dishes, including meaty and oily fish, asparagus in vinaigrette, goat cheese, and asparagus quiche.
