This rustic cuvée produces a wine closer in color to a cherry rosé than a red. In the mouth it travels that is a pleasure and is reminiscent of pomegranate, raspberry slush and black cherries. In addition to the distinct and pronounced fruit, there are intense herbaceous notes of thyme and sage, pink pepper certifying the presence of some aromatic grapes, as well as floral hints of violets and rose petals.
