Cold maceration in an inert atmosphere is used not to extract color, but to maximize the aromas of the variety and its intrinsic freshness. This allows us to obtain a wine that makes elegance and aromatic finesse its characteristic, while preserving a vibrant freshness.
Title to, and ownership of, all alcoholic beverages passes from a Licensee to the purchaser at the licensed retail premises or warehouse and state it is purchased in and the purchaser takes all responsibility for shipping it from the licensed retail premises or warehouse to his/her home state. By arranging for transportation of the alcoholic beverages, the retailer is providing a service to and acting on behalf of the purchaser.
