Dolcetto dei Grassi from the 2022 vintage is characterized by exuberant black cherry fruit and spicy notes. There is also the scent of raspberry pulp and pepper. A minute after opening the bottle, the entire room seems to be filled with sweet fruit aromas. Dark berries, sour cherries, blackberries and spices dominate the palate. The structure is velvety with relatively little acid and finely integrated tannins. A great drinking pleasure.
