Rosé is the wine that is first associated with Provence and the Luberon. It should be light and salmon-colored and bring a lot of fruit and freshness. And “Le Grand Prébois” is exactly such a wine. Seductive in color, the cuvée smells of cherries, red currants, raspberries and pomegranate juice, of white flowers and herbs. On the palate there is wonderfully ripe red fruit, which is accompanied by mint and grapefruit. A fantastic drinkability is created here by the juicy red, almost sweet fruit, the fine acidity and the spicy notes, which combine with a lively minerality in the finale. It's so wonderful that you want to go straight to this landscape characterized by wild beauty and the chirping of crickets, to lie down under olive trees or pine trees - ideally with a view of the nearby sea!
