Alessandro Veglio is the third generation of this Piedmontese winemaking family. He got hs start with some of his families grapes and a friends winery. He has since joined forces with his Uncle Mauro Veglio and is considered one of the top young winemakers in Piedmont. He makes a Dolcetto, three Nebbiolo based wines, and this Barbera. Here we have a soft medium bodied red wine with cherry and wild berry fruit. This wine is extremely versatile with food or just great by itself.
