This is the typical red Beaujolais: fruity, fresh, easy to drink, crunchy with a tangy side of fresh red fruits: morello cherry, raspberry, strawberry. Chermette’s aim here is to produce something light-bodied, bright and cherry-fruited with reach-for-another-glass charm.
