Cool and slightly reductive notes on the nose, some eucalyptus, sesame, fennel and a hint of mint, plus intense fruits such as blackberries and black cherries, as well as a smoky touch from the floor. A light-footed and fresh texture on the palate, juicy in the acidity and a very delicate tannin, fresh sour cherries and plums, remains almost dancing on the palate before the lime takes hold and wonderfully takes the tongue, towards the finish again meadow herbs and eucalyptus and a great complexity.
