It has a bright pale yellow color, with greenish hues and small bubbles that form a perfect rosary and crown. On the nose it is very clean and with good aromatic intensity, the primary aromas of green fruits (apples and pears) stand out, and in the second instance the aromas of aging (toasted). In the mouth it is very balanced, with an appreciable acidity, but not unmarked, good flavors and with a good presence of carbon in the mouth. In the retronasal way, fruity sensations predominate with light tones of fresh fennel and anise.
